sktech 203-206 and tpc 020

The card base is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and folded. The mat was run through the Big Shot with the Polka Dot Embossing Folder….I always go to that one for sweet summery cards. The DSP is Tangerine Tango….can you tell I like oranges lately? hehe

The image pieces are: 1 3/8 x 1 3/4 (2) and 1 3/4 x 2 1/2…the black mats are almost not there….I cute them 1 16 of an ich bigger but just wanted a little pop!!

The images were again colored with my Watercolor Pencils and blended with my Blender Pens. Hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by!

Here is the sketch:

SSC_204

..and my fun On the Grow Card.

 sktech 203-206 and tpc 017

This was fun card to make. It showcases the On the Grow Stamp Set. You can’t tell in the picture but the Motor Scooter is embossed and Shiny. Not sure why it didn’t photograph well.

I colored in the image with my Blender Pens and Watercolor Pencils and added a bit of Rich Razzleberry Ink for good measure to make it blend better. I paired it with Some Rich Razzleberry Cardstock and Designer Series Paper.

Dimensions are:

Card Base: Rich Razzleberry 4 1/4 x 11

Mat: Whisper White 4 x 5 1/4

dotted DSP in Razzleberry 2 1/4 x 4

Print DSP 3 1/8x 3 1/8

Black Mat 3 1/8 x 3 1/8 and Image Piece is 3 x 3 in White.

I also used some Rich Razzleberry Satin Ribbon…..so pretty.

I hope you have a great weekend and play along with the Stamping 411!!

Stamping 411 Sketch #203 ~ Daisy

Hi Everyone,

Countdown for Cruise is here and I decided to use some left over Daisies I had on my desk for this weeks sketch. Hope you don’t mind.

Here is the sketch:

SSc_203

…and my Daisy Card.

sktech 203-206 and tpc 015

The Card Base is Whisper White and the Mat is as well It’s run through the Big Shot and then sponged with Pumpkin. The Scallop Mat is done using the Big Shot and Scallop Squares Die and a bit of leftover Presto Pattern Paper for the splash of color and the center of the Daisy. I used some Fire And Ice Rhinestone Brads and a bit of white Organza Ribbon to finish it off. I hope you like it and will play along.

Have a good one!!!

Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Here we are at sketch 202 already. Can you believe it?

We have a simple sketch for you this week and we hope you will play along.  Here is the sketch….

ssc202

…and my very simple interpretation.

Sketch 202 002

The card base is white (oh what a surprise)  and is cut at 4 1/4 x 11. Followed by an old olive mat cut to 4 x 5 1/2 and punched with the scallop edge punch. On that I added a piece of Presto Patterns DSP that was sponged with Old Olive. The flowers were stamped with Black Stazon on white cardstock and cut out. I used the new Fabulous Florets Set and just love the images in it.  I cut them out and popped them up over and array of slivered snips of cardstock that I cut using my paper snips.

I colored the flowers using my Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pen. I then added a bit of green to the center and on the big flower added a rhinestone.

I used the fabulous white satin ribbon to make my double bow.

So there you have it. My simple and easy card for today’s challenge.

I hope you will take a little time this weekend to play along. We’d love for you to share with us.
