I am having so much fun with this new Daisies Die from Stampin' Up! #114520. It is so easy to work with and makes the best flowers. I just love it. I also used some of our new Corduroy Brads in Kiwi Kiss #114338....they are fabulous! It sure made this card easy to do in no time at all. Isn't the Vase cute/ I did that with our wide oval punch #112082 and punched out of our Kiwi Kiss DSP. I snipped off a bit of the top and bottom and there you go "Instant Vase"!

Beautiful Blooms Again

Good Morning Everyone,

I can's seem to get enough of this "Botanical Blooms" Set from Stampin' Up! It's just so easy to work with. You can either use it as a Two-step Stamp or use as a line image stamp and color in. Very versatile.

I used an embossing plate with the swirls on the white mat piece an attached a strip of Polka dot Ribbon from the Pigtails Collections to the edge with Tombo Multi. I then added some flat pears to the corners. I did distress the edges a bit on that piece with my distressing tool from Stampin' Up!

I used Mellow Moss and Whisper White Card Stock and Mellow Moss Ink.

i used our new Eyelet Border Punch and some of our Beautiful Taffeta Ribbon in Mellow Moss.

Gift Card and Gift Card Holder with Beautiful Borders

Good Morning Everyone!

Here is a Gift Card I created for a customer who wanted to give the gift of Stampin' Up!

I used the beautiful borders set with Regal Rose, Black and White. I really like the way it came out. I made a matching Gift Card for the inside. I hope the recipient likes it. It's a secret so I can't tell.

Polka Dot Punches

Good Morning Everyone!

Here is a little Birthday Card I did with "Polka Dot Punches" Stamp Set. How easy this is given that you just stamps and punch out the images. I also used one of our new Texturz Plates for the embossed background and ran it through my Big Shot then highlighted a bit with a few white dots. The colors I used are Bashful blue and Certainly Celery.

Top Note Easter Topper

Hi Everyone,

I did another Easter Treat. This little Chick form "A Good Egg" really makes me smile. He or she is really cute. I think I should have put some grass beneath him...I'll have to do that.

I used the Top Note Die and used me Big Shot to not only cut it but then ran it back through with our new Texturz Plate". This one is the small polka dot. I love it!!!

I added a few little polka dots to the egg shell and added Dazzling Diamonds.

How about that new Satin Ribbon? OMG!!! It's gorgeous and so easy to work with.

A Good Egg Treat holder

Good Morning Everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I flew to Atlanta for my Granddaughter's Birthday and when I got home I got sick (still am). Boy this head cold thing is the pits.

Anyway I'm doing a few workshops this month and all the Mom's want a treat holder for Easter (I know a little early but it's by request).

I used "A good Egg" Stamp Set, some of our Sale-a-Bration DSP for the bottom part of the egg and our new Testurz polka dot plate for the blue cardstock. I used the scallop punch for the top of the treat holder and punched a hole with my crop-a-dile. I think the striped blue ribbon addede that special little touch. It's simple and easy but that's what they want when they have to make so many for whole classrooms. By the way on the inside is a Russell Stover Crispy Milk Chocolate Bunny....YUM!!!

Kayla's Birthday Party

Good Morning Everyone!

Well I'm back from Atlanta where I did a Stampin' Up! Birthday party for my Granddaughter Kayla. I think all the girls (ages 5-9) had a really great time.

I was fortunate to have three helpers and we literally whizzed through with no problems.

What's amazing to me about working with young girls is that they have no fear....they just do it and whatever they stamp they LOVE!!!! There were no re-do's!! I think sometimes we can take it all too seriously and be to finicky. They had a blast and everyone was a bit different, but all just precious.

My Granddaughter is the one in the middle front with the white shirt , isn't she cute?

She told me on the phone before I got there that she was having trouble sleeping as she was so excited about this party!!!

Anyway, all's well with the world and her party went great....I was a bit worried I would disappoint (her expectations were so great).

That's it for now.....I've got to get back into the swing today and prepare for my camp tomorrow.

Sweet Stems for a Sweet Friend......

Good Morning Everyone,

I wanted to make a Belated Birthday Card for a Special Friend and this is what I did. I totally cased this the from Stampin' Success Magazine and have admired it's simplicity for over a month now. So I decided to make one. I did embellish on it a bit with my dots and doodles, but basically the idea came from Stampin' Up!

This card was on the cover of our Stampin' Success Magazine in January. this is yet another perk for joining Stampin' Up!...you get this Magazine for free every month and it's loaded with ideas.

Terri's Purse Card

Hey Everyone!
I'm a little late posting. I've been busy cutting for my Granddaughter's Birthday party in Atlanta next Monday.
It should be fun!!!

I wanted to share this very special card that Terri (my friend and customer) created the little template by herself and brought it over yesterday to share it with me and work out a minor little detail. She wanted to make this for her really good Friend Shelba to surprise here. You see Shelba got Terri into stamping less than a year ago. She absolutely adores it as does Shelba.
I have not only been extremely blessed to have these ladies in my life as customers but also as really good friends. I have the best time with them.
Just another reason (and I can name a lot) for me to be grateful to have Stampin' Up! in my life....I have met the most incredible people who have become so dear to me.

Soft and Simple Petal Pizazz

Good Morning Everyone!
I'm having so much fun playing with my new sets and punches from Stampin' Up!
Isn't this card soft and delicate with our new "Eyelet Border" Punch? It doesn't take much to dress up a card with this. Sometimes less is more, you know.
I've used the Petal Pizazz Stamp Set for the images and stamped them in Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette and Kiwi Kiss. I think it's a great combination. I also added a clear Rhinestone Brad to the center of the flower. Then I topped it off with some of our white Taffeta Ribbon.

About my card:
I wanted to use a few of my new items I had purchased from Stampin' Up!, so I did my circles with our new "Circle Scissors" #112530 for $29.95, boy was it a snap to cut these perfect circles. Then I used my FREE set "Botanical Blooms" # #113812. I colored in with re-inkers in Kiwi Kiss. Pretty in Pink and Rose Red. I used our delicious Kiwi Satin Ribbon #111879 $ 7.95.
You cannot beat our Ribbon as they are matched perfectly to our Card stock colors. There is no better way to finish off your card and have it all match. I also used (and it's not real visible in this picture) one of our new Texturz Plates with my Big Shot....whoo-hoo, I'm lovin' those Texturz plates. It give the card such nice texture.

Absolutely Fabulous in White for Amanda

Good Morning Everyone!
I am very excited this morning. I have a new Recruit. She is the first person (for me) to take advantage of our Special on the Demonstrator Kit during Sale-a-Bration. To make this card I used the Polka Dot Background and stamped it in Regal Rose. I used the Absolutely Fabulous Set for the sentiment and used my new Texturz plate to dry emboss the dress with polka dots. I did a little ribbo shredding for the hemline and added some pearls. I sponged the outer edges with Regal Rose for the dress and the little matching hat.
The template for the dress came on a greeting card and I saved it and traced it.
